Fly, you fools!
reality check
It's hard to discover that you're a useless person,
an idiot or an imbecile, a simple moron,
not because it's painful to accept it, but because it's genuinely hard
to believe you've found a needle in a haystack when
you were only looking inside a box full of needles.
Though it's almost liberating.
You don't feel that improper pressure of the fool, which concerns and oppresses the wise man.
The fool doesn't worry about looking good or bad,
life for him is action, movement, entertainment,
and if there's any room left for reflection,
it gets filled with masturbation.
The fool is not far from the primate, and to the fool, the wise man is just a fool,
since he doesn't understand why he wastes his time on books
when he could experience a thousand books in an afternoon of passion or in a brothel.
Emotion comes before reason and is the compass for the fool's actions.
Plato's philosopher king,
to the fool, is nothing more than a fool speaking strangely from a comfortable armchair,
wasting saliva on words he doesn't even understand himself, instead of shutting up and turning on the TV.
Everything a fool needs in terms of information, the news gives him,
paid for by another fool to capture his attention.
It's no tragedy to be a fool in a foolvision,
and the philosopher king hardly knows that the fool cannot be governed:
his attention gets stolen,
his emotion gets triggered, and he... he all alone, being the fool he is, will take the worst course of action.
It's the fool's duty to make a bad decision, and it's thanks to the fool that our species keeps surviving,
because the fool, rather than masturbating, likes reproduction.
And that in a society run by and for fools there should still be room for books, art, or reflection, strikes me as the greatest foolishness.
But don't pay any attention to a fool or his brief reflection.
It's three in the afternoon, after lunch, time for a relaxing wank. The fool wrote nonsense for fun. Knows other fools won't read.
